Bromhexine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine  is a combination medicine used to treat cough. It thins the mucus in the nose and windpipe, making it easier to cough out. It also narrows the blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion or stuffiness.

Bromhexine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
